Alan-G Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Nowt wrong with being a Sloppy Git Andy ... Loved the vid/sounds. Your right in one department though - The Trans Siberian mob are pretty damn good... Keep 'em coming me old son .. Sterling work.
Scoobyiain's Other Half Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Absolutely fantasic work, brought more than one tear to the eye. [:'(] I have never, ever had a feeling like it, when we pulled up at the Royal Sick Kids in Edinburgh, I had goosebumps all up and down my arms and legs.
Alan-G Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Please don't let this thread disappear into Cyber Heaven Mr moderator. If we reply to it (lets say once a month) until the next Santa cruise, then it may incourage people to raise funds throughout the year for the sick and poorly children who's fault is not theirs. Andywrx. Thanks yet again. Growing up with a Brand new family is astonishing at the best of times, but looking at your number one posting on this thread still cracks me up big style. (The Subaru is just a bonus !) [] Alan ,Fab1 and wee Hollie.
Dougie C Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Alan-G I have to agree with you mate, especially when we fund raise for the event throughout the year and for myself to see those kids when we went on the Lothian's Santa Cruise and to be part of it was even more special. To all RO's and members + families that made it special in 2006, please keep it up the great work in 2007 even though it can be stressful all the hardwork is greatful to all those kids and their families!!!!!!!! Dougie

Andywrx. Thanks yet again. Cheers Alan - and thanks for the bump [] This has not been forgotten. The SIDC own www.santacruise.co.uk - although it's currently unused (but plans are afoot to change that (hidden agenda alert!)). I've already mentioned to Phil that I intend approaching the band management for their permission to use the soundtrack. If I can get that then it can be used as promotion for the SIDC without fear of breach of copyright. If I fail to get permission for the soundtrack use then replacing it with non-copyrighted traditional songs is a possibility - although not as effective.
lescazscoob Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 well done andy thats brill!!!!!! and well done to all involved in the santa cruise
