OPINIONS AND ADVICE PLEASE RE BRAKES

As mentioned in my initial post, im looking to get the brakes changed om my 98 terzo, and would be grateful for any feedback as to type , size etc, based on a budget of 500- 1000 quid, bearing in mind im ruuning on 8x18's.

if you can afford to break the bank go for a set of AP 4 or 6 pots but they aint cheap!!

be aware though the 355mm 6 pot conversion is £350+vat cheaper than the 330mm 4 pot conversion. you can download the wheel template from the ap racing site. if it was me i would hold out for the ap's because if you choose something else then you would always think what if!!!!

it's a MY98 sti type R,  also did you have any issues with the wheels ? ie how much difference in size between these and the standard subaru 4 pots

the reason i ask is i cant fit brembos as the 18" wheels i have wont fit without a spacer

Check out Godspeed brake upgrades. AWD in Perth sorted my P1 out with them.

Good price aswell.
