ramscooby666 Posted December 10, 2006 Posted December 10, 2006 can a wrx type ra run without a thermostate i can mind yrs ago v6 couldnt run cos the back 2 pistons got starved of water wondered if the scooby engine suffered fom the same problem
cusco kid Posted December 10, 2006 Posted December 10, 2006 Not recomended thermostat is there to allow engine to get to working temp as soon as possible if car runs cooler you will suffer high fuel cons + start to wash the engine bores (increased wear)DONT DO IT [] regards GEO
