Craig - I touch goats. Check date of alleged offence and date of NIP (sent) closely.

 

Frank - There is a fair bit of typing involved, pepipo is a good source of info, but be carefull as most advice given is from down south, and English Law can differ greatly at points. Also word the post carefully. Go in with a "I was speeding but want to get off with it" and you will be flamed.

Tell "the truth" and help may be at hand.

 

More info is required. - who owns the car, where, when, speed, speed limit, camera type or traffic cops. That kinda stuff
