Rolling Road day ???

Just wondered if any of you have organized a rolling road day?

I wanted to get mine done to check if its meeting standard bhp and just to make sure everythings running as it should.

But just thought it would be a laugh if we got a few of us together and made a day of it, i know some of you lot have got some big bhp under the bonnet!

Anyone know of any local places in the north west, only one i know of is awsome gti in Irlam Manchester.

There was a CADS rolling road day about 2 years ago I think, it was at Prosport Stockport

think there was one more recently than that Andy, joint one with the CADS and possibly the biggest club in th area[]

Were looking at putting one in the calender early next year, stay tuned folks.

I think SMACS are looking to do a RR day in January so a joint one one could be on the cards again

I went on the SMACS/CADS rolling road in june this year. It was a cracking day. A few failed to turn up from the CADS which upset them a little bit but I'm sure they wouldn't mind doing a joint one again. Mind you, we seem to be getting a few more members now so there is no reason why we can't organise one and invite them along.

sounds good to me,maybe early next year we could sort one out?

In the mean time does anyone know of a local tuner/company who has a rolling road,ideally wanted a subaru specialist to give my car the once over and get it on the rolling road to see how the engine is, just with the mileage on mine being a bit on the high side wanted to make sure everything is spot on before i start to drive it hard!

about £45 for a run.

It works out around 20-40 for a rolling road day depending on numbers
