SMB Exhaust - Trackday Friendly - Group Buy?

I know that even with the discount these are not cheap, however there are very few exhaust systems that both flow well and are quiet.  I have not run an SMB exhaust on an Impreza, however, I have been assured the noise level will be on a par with the RX-7 one and the power charts on their site are genuine.

 

I'm in the process of sorting out a group buy on the RX-7 forum for SMB exhausts from Australia, and as I'm short on numbers [:$] and they do Impreza exhausts I'm opening the offer up to Scottish Scoobies.

I got an SMB system for my last RX-7 and was hugely impressed with how much better it flowed than what I had, and just how much quieter it was.

The Impreza exhausts for cars up until 2006 will be similarly quiet to my old system, on 2006 cars they will be slightly louder.

For reference I paid almost £600 a section for my last system as shipping for the backbox alone was £150 from Oz, so the discounted price is a lot cheaper than buying direct and paying list.  I currently have half a dozen sections on the group buy, so fingers crossed another few people will participate and get us all a good deal.
