Dastek Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Hi Guys, Hope the mods don't mind, if they do, I'll quickly remove it. Anyway, I'm looking to add a few more members of staff to the business due to ongoing growth. I'm looking for 2 additional techs with good experience, & preferably with a good understanding of Engine Management systems & excellent diagnostic skills, more importantly a can-do attitude. Excellent package with training for the right candidates. And secondly I'm looking for another sales person, again a good undertanding of cars & performance upgrades, as well as a proven track record in sales both retail & B2B. The successful applicant will be expected to travel throughout the UK for approximately 4-5 days in a calander month. Excellent package for the best candidate. If anyones interested or know's anyone that might be, please email me; GerryATdastek.co.uk Cheers, Gerry http://www.dastek.co.uk

Gumball Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Gerry, I am writing to apply for the position you currently have as an operator within Dastek. I understand that you are looking for someone who can display a good understanding of the technical aspects of dyno testing the various vehicles across the market place in Scotland? I feel that i would be a good candidate for this role given the vast amount of experience i have specifically around the modified car or lack of it, accompanied by the overactive imagination i have and also the desire to carry out as little work as possible. Not to mention the last three years in which i have played an active role in painting the faces on the Christmas cakes at Gregs the bakers. Please see the attached copy of my CV for your attention which will allow you a better under- standing of my skillset and attributes such as working closely with goats. Thank you for considering my application and i look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours Sincerely Gumball

Dastek Posted September 12, 2006 Author Posted September 12, 2006 Hi Gumball, You sound like the perfect candidate, my concern is that with the vast experience you have, we would struggle to meet your remuneration expectations [] Cheers, Gerry
