bumpers removal help please

My rear and front bumper are going in for a blow over tomorrow can anyone put me in the right direction for the bolts that remove them, saves lots of time if someone here has donre this before.

Rear  Bumper.

Should have bolts near the rear wheels, one inside wheel arch one accesible from the ground at bottom of arch. Should have bolts near number plate also accesible from the ground of if its an import you do it if you take number plate off. You may also have push clips along the edge inside the boot.

Not sure about the front as other half hasn't ripped that one off yet[]
