ecutek remaps for classic, worthwhile??

hi had my car a for a month its a 99 t plate classic, mods are 4 pots, leda coilovers and full stainless system fully decatted with downpipe etc.  looking for recommendations for a remap as i would imagine this is next step to more power, where should i go to get it done and is it a safe mod to get?  what sort of power gains will it give?  thanks in advance.

Hi Jim,

A remap should give you around the 270/280 mark i think..

cheers guys. im in leith in edinburgh, heard good things about andy f and hes just down the road as well, ive sent him an email. im going to come along to the r/r day at dasktek on september 2nd so will see what its putting out then with just the exhaust and panel filter and then see about getting a remap.
