Had a good day on Sunday but apologies to everyone who i grumped at during the day.

Managed to get burnt early in the morning and spent all day suffering from the heat so wasnt myself.

Was off monday and am feeling better now. Will be in full swing come Alford.

Yes Rosie i will apply more suncream.
