the festival of mottoring is in aid of cancer research uk, at present we have about 28 cars attending from all over the south west. We still have spaces available. the cost is a min of £2 to cancer research on the day but of course you are allowed to donate more if you so wish. Lots of things to do.

this is the original email recieved from the organisers to jacqui:-

"Dear Jacqui

I am writing to you on behalf of Cancer Research UK and a car show titled ?Southwest Festival of Motoring? which we would like to invite you and Southwest Scoobies to. The event is supporting the charity and we would love to welcome you on board in our specialist Japanese section.

The event is taking place on Sunday July 16th at Taunton Racecourse and is completely free of charge to invited exhibitors. We have a vast amount of space at our disposal (35 Acres!) so please feel free to bring along as many of your members as you like!

Confirmed entries need to be back by June 1st and exhibitors cars need to arrive by 9am on the day with the event finishing at 5pm.

I have attached an official invitation for your club and an entry form for you to return with your total numbers.
