STi_Bandit Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 Has anyone got fitted to there car the above exhaust system ive been looking at it but dont know if its worth the extra £200 over the TSL Thunder cat system. Would it make any difference or is it just somthing for car park talk??? Martin

STi_Bandit Posted June 3, 2006 Author Posted June 3, 2006 Been looking at this exhaust more closley and a wee bit more detail and i thought occured to me, with such a straight mid section, to get it that straight does it mean the whole exhaust sits lower?? a speed bump friend, Ive emailed TSL asking them the benifts of the system compared to there thundercar one so hopefully they will clear my questions up. STi_Bandit Posted June 3, 2006 Author Posted June 3, 2006 I love the afterburner, but if go down the pulse route then the afterburner will become redundant and ill sell it, if i go the other way and for the TSL thundercat system i can chop and change between the group N back box and the afterburner. ~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted August 6, 2009 Posted August 6, 2009 I'm in the market for an exhaust @ present and wondered if anyone else has one of these systems ? Boyakasha has one and it sounds immense....... Doubt I'll go over 350 bhp for the foreseable future so going for 3" with my 16G turbo makes little sense for now ( i.e smallish turbo and fat pipes = potential waste of time) I'm also going back to OE headers primarily for the rumble but also for the quick spool up. Choices at present are :- Full TSL system with Thundercat + Group N box TSL Pulse Extraction system ( costly but I plan to keep The Patriot for a while ) Full Ninja system Full H&S System Still torn over full decat. Sports Cats seem to make way more sense but obviously cost £200 more than full decat downpipe I have a C&C custom snakehead system at present and whilst it flows nicely, I cannot interchange a OE catted downpipe due to some odd choices of length during their fabrication Any thoughts welcome ? Cal p.s not really been on here recently due to being on a multitude of international stags & weddings. Talk about modding fund killers ! p.p.s new baby arrives in 9 weeks time - yikes !
