rear skirts touch up??

hey guys just washed my car and found out some tw*t must have bumped ma car!!! Angry [:@]

i have a rear skirt on it and its made a small hole (which i notice all the time now i know its ther!!)

anyone know whats the best way to get it touched up?? im in the central area
