where do i get ......

The halfords 5.1 you can get does the buisness, however, its a case of "How long before I have to change it?"

Under heavy braking all the time, and with the reservoir on our trusty subarus being located next to your turbo, in one of the hottest areas of the engine bay, with no where for the hotness to bugger off, the halfords 5.1 tends to lose its "resistence to squashyness" or whatever the boffins call it pretty quickly.

This is from experience, I have found that yes, its pretty good, but it goes off very quickly.

For the money you would spend repacing it 2 or 3 times a year I would say it would be worth spending a bit more on a more suitable racing synthetic fluid, and have peace of mind for longer before you start saying, "Shat, thats the brakes all spongey again and its not the pads cos ive just changed them, ill need to do the fluid again."

The Halfrauds 5.1 is are clear as a nuns pee, as it goes off it discolours, and you will probabley be shocked how quickly this happens and you lose the tight feel.

Money spent on better stuff will pay off later.

Where do you get synthetic all singing all dancing fluid?

Any motor factors worth thier salt when asked will be able to pull out thier lub catalogue and find some.
