will be interested to see me, it has the blob eye rear bumber so it can have the lights, it has to be a JDM but strange as the lights are not STi lights on the front?

He is sending some pics of the interior and engine bay and info from the log book.

Seen it, he wants £12k. It has a 6 foot key mark down right side not too bad though and front bumber has been cracked on a curb. Apart from that its not bad.

Whats your thoughts on the price? I think a little steep but i dont know what RA's go for.

just read it all again so its a  Spec C with different front lip etc, the guy who had it doesnt seem to know reading by his advert, I am told it is of a similar spec to the rally car, hmmmm.

I would say if it is a genuine car with genuine mileage with receipts etc to  back it up it seems a good buy as they are very rare, that is not the original spoiler by the way[:D]

Okay its a full on STi Spec C RA with the JDM style RA bumber which is similar to the blobeye rear end, the front is a OEM bumber and the spoiler is a V6 me thinks.

He hasnt a clue about the car BUT his mate works at Prosport in North Wales where we went. He says he will get the bumber done back to normal. He has original mileage before it was converted for the SVA, It has just had new cambelts, oil, filters and brake pads.

It has all the usual Spec C stuff. Car runs sweet and engine is in better than good condition. Everything else is standard.

Heres my dilema or options.

Keep mine spend £2k on it FMIC, decat the rest, gauges, induction and remap.

or

Buy this and offer £11k

Answers on a postcard please as i really like the Spec C now and could be swayed

its a no brainer Steve, get the Spec C without doubt a better base if you wanted to do any mods in the future, plus it will have a stronger engine better suspension the list goes on mate and all standard  kit on a Spec C

nope, it just didnt ring true, and i believe gut feel is a big part and also today Pete @ prosport did my 50k and said she was running sweet as a nut. So i will be spending the extra money on mine now.
