chris_c201 Posted February 1, 2006 Posted February 1, 2006 Alright Folks, Apologies for the pointless folks and i'm sure you don't care but i'm excited so..... For about 3 years i've had a dodgy knee and it got to the stage where i couldn't sleep cos of the pain, scan showed no ligament / cartilage damage so i was diagnosed wi Tendonitis 6 months ago and told to give up football / squash and spinning for approx 9 months!! Been going through physio and started going to the gym 3-4 times per week and lo and behold yesterday the physio checked and the swelling in my tendon has went down! Not had any knee pain for about 3-4 weeks!! Got some new exercises to do for about 3 weeks the put more pressure on it and if all goes well i'll be back on the 5's pitch in just over 3 weeks, approx 9 weeks ahead of schedule!!!
