wilky Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 When I was sitting my driving test, when a chieftain was a warrior and not a tank, two dogs were humping on the pavement as I drove past. An old lady ran out a house and chucked a bucket of water over them. I laughed so hard I bounced the rover metro I was being tested in off the kerb and chipped the wheel. Naturally, I was failed for not paying due care and attention to the road ahead of me. But it was worth it. Callum W

Highlander68000 Posted December 5, 2005 Posted December 5, 2005 I live near a school and all the children wait for cars to come past and splash them - I wonder what their parents say when they get home. Just before too many of you get ideas about splashing every person you see, be aware that it is an offence to splash somebody. IIRC, it comes under the 'driving without due care and attention' category in law. It's not like a Subaru blends into the crowd either. You get points for it too. And they do affect your insurance.
