today i assissted in the removal of a cancerous tumour from a patients bowel.

not done much today, finnished of my Fast rescue craft course in Aberdeen then drove from Aberdeen to Renfrew in a Impreza GS Wagon (cos my cars still at the bloody dealers!!!!!!!!!!!!)
