What is the max usable power you can get from a standard STI9 engine?

With upgrades to Injectors turbo etc etc......Remap etc? Modding bug is biting

i hevent heard of a new age with more than about 400-450 that didnt run on better internals etc.

i think if you went down the 2.5 block route or strengthened the internals you could achieve more than this.

400 would do to start. what would that involve ?

I havent got it yet, i will sort it tomorrow.

400bhp mark

1. headers (wrapped)

2. 3" or 3.5" decat, up pipe and downpipe. (wrapped)

3. TD05/06 20G turbo or something 400-450 rated APS possibly

4. Walbro 255ltphr fuel pump

5. Fuel pressure regulator

6. Bigger fuel injectors (i dont have them)

7. Hyperflow topmount or FMIC (400+)

8. APS cold air induction into wing + cold air feed through lamp cover

9. Defis to make sure things are running tickety boo

10. KNOCKLINK !!!

11. A good remap (ecutek, GEMS.....)

Thats should do the trick !! rough cost? 5K should cover that lot
