Has anybody got one?

If so does it work?

I have fitted one today seems to be fitted correctly and worked twice with huge flames face-icon-small-happy.gif but now can't get it to light at all

Any ideas appreciated

Yes spark plug is sparking constantly and can see spark clearly in the middle of the pipe.

And have got a full hks system with a silent hi power back box, i thought it may be something to do with this as the back box is quite thick with two layers of steel but have drilled through both and as i said it has worked twice so don't think it can be this.

In the middle of my exhaust there is a thicker part which looks like a cat but was told that both cats were gone and that it would not pass an mot. face-icon-small-confused.gifface-icon-small-frown.gifface-icon-small-confused.gif

And your little picture makes me very sad!!!

how are you trying to get it to flame?

i find mine works best if the engine is warm and i rev with full throttle between 4500-6500rpm........

they work better under load , ie 3rd gera up a hill, full boost then let off.......or 5th full boost then let off.....

if you have a cat then it wont work aswell.....

experimentation is the key..

Much appreciated,

If my exhaust is a full hks is it likely to have a cat?

How long can you leave yours on for and on the way home tried loads of things but will keep on trying!!!

it may have sports cat, but prob not, just a resonator box....

mine stays on for up to 3 hours at a time......

deff try it under load up a fast steep hill, like detling....

Pic of what?

The kit is on constella.co.uk

£60 comes with coil pack, spark plug, ht lead, switch and wiring

The plug was a single prong one which i swapped for a double one i presume the type of plug does'nt matter a spark is a spark ain't it?

Where is your plug in the exhaust?
