Alford Mini Day Sunday 18th September

Went along to the Aberdeen Mini Owners Club day at Alford on Sunday just past, was a cracking day. The only downside was it was £5 for 2 runs on the track which I thought was a little steep when you compaire it to the SIDC £10 for as many goes as you can fit in. Also had to pay a fiver just to get through the gate.

Was anyone else from here out there?

Got 2 runs on the track and beat my PB at the SIDC national day. I'm pretty sure I was quicker than any of the cooper s's (dont hold me to that). I was also the only Scooby there which I thought was surprising.

My friend Ian was there in his teg type r engined 1970's style mini, I beleive he was putting in some quick times along with a few other crazy motor bike engined mini's.
