terminator Posted September 1, 2005 Posted September 1, 2005 How do you create a beam pattern on a headlight when your headlight does not have one ??
craigdmcd Posted September 1, 2005 Posted September 1, 2005 You cannot "not have a beam pattern" if the headlight is producing light, but you can have a incorrect beam pattern. Is the bulb in it's hole correctly and not in the wrong position ie if it is the old H4 bulbs, the bulb has 3 spade connectors, then 1 should be at the top and 2 at the sides.
terminator Posted September 2, 2005 Author Posted September 2, 2005 Thanks. These lights were imported from the states and have no pattern,i have emailed britaniacars (morette) to find out if they can supply uk legal headlights.I bought them from ebay jdhondaparts
B14RY W Posted September 2, 2005 Posted September 2, 2005 I had the very same problem with probably the very same lights. (twin headlights with angel eyes) The beam can be adjusted using the wing nuts on the rear, if you have same units Im talking about. I was in a hurry for my M.O.T and still had the original ones in the car, so just swapped them over. So im not sure if this will help.
