I think you are all trying to run before walking , we need ways to create the funds etc as has previously been said. We cant continually ask for money without doing things in return, ie Sponsored walks, washes, food etc. We are continually asking the same people who are receiving nothing in return, I know that I cannot personally give money from my pocket if you get my meaning. I believe in the fund raising but we need to have ideas that are sustainable, this is an annual event ( santa Cruise ) lets do it properly.

The run and wrapping are secondary but first lets get the money in.

That said we do need people to volunteer for wrapping, storage etc......... show of hands please
