Excuse my ignorance guv but what's the "freeflow system" bit ? is it a decat centre section ?

I'm being AWD'd with my PPP cat and decat centre this coming Wed, hence my question ........

A gain of 30bhp or so is a major nudger inducer for me

the free flow bit is a bit of slang,i replaced the exhaust from the turbo back with the hfc and got 31 ponys.

lads u need to do the upipe as this is a cat trust me! then the headers, i recommend H&S, this is probs where the 30bhp quote comes from.
