WRX IOM Posted March 31, 2005 Posted March 31, 2005 Has anybody got any break pads for a 94wrx rear calliper Passenger side? Just noticed that my pads have warn down very quickly on one side. Must be due to a sticky calliper. Any help very welcome before my new disk is shreaded..... Only bought these Red stuff ones two month ago.!! Cheers
dooahhdoo Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 You will need a pair m8 as you cant just change one side. Try the place in Tromode behind Glenn Coopers or industrial equipment (or if you have gone insane DMS). Thats if nobody else has a set kicking round that they dont want
WRX IOM Posted April 1, 2005 Author Posted April 1, 2005 Whats the place at Tromode called? May just order some online again though.
Cret Posted April 1, 2005 Posted April 1, 2005 Place in Tromode is Auto Trade Center and as far as I know they're likely to be the cheapest. Doubt DMS will be anyway - I rang to see if they had an O2 sensor. No but they can get one for £90.50!!! Went online and got one for £47 and £6 of that was the postage.
WRX IOM Posted April 1, 2005 Author Posted April 1, 2005 Nice!!! DMS are really good for the "Spinner Wheel Trim" the crem de la crem of wheel trim!!!! Haha and some people have actually bought these!!! Ive just ordered some from Camskill and for on £44 inc post. How good is that! Sombody on this island needs to stock parts for all years of Scooby's though.
heazille Posted April 2, 2005 Posted April 2, 2005 Hmmmm, I wonder whos getting a bigger shop soon Ta Ta Richard
WRX IOM Posted April 4, 2005 Author Posted April 4, 2005 According to the ear on the ground.... Island Motorcycles is the Islands only ScoobyWorld parts supplier. Located on Cooil road. Just thought id let you know. But a shop that supplies anything Subaru would be fabulous!!! Have decided that i am definetely leaving the Isle of Man in Autumn this year to pastures new.... It will be very strange living upside down!!! Especially driving!!! The best thing is that Japan will be even closer to me and even easier to get A seriously well looked after Type R. I CANT WAIT. Just need a suitable owner for my old Scooby Wrx/sti. 6k ono... 453838
