They change positions on that road all the time, already been done there at 83 and once in my works van I think, but still dissputing it. They dont have a good picture so could be one of my collegues Good earner that bit of the A9. Matt

Got done A9 southbound outside Dunblane at 81mph So was out on the bike about 2 weeks later on that bit of A9 and sure enough there was the van, so kicked down to 3rd and went for it whilst giving them the obligatory single fingred wave. On reflection maybe not such a good idea considering at the time I lived 1 mile for there and used the road every day Matt
