wow derek thanks for the reply, was gonna give up coming on sidc cos i never get any replys.

i much prefer scoobynet now. ill keep on trying though surely there are a few ayrshire or surrounding folk who wanna meet up.

That Saturday is a bad day as I have my daughter. Depending on where it was I would have made a trip over but with me being off that weekend I have my wee lass so I don't think I'd manage, sorry.

As you'll notice from True Grip, there's a vacancy for the Ayrshire Regional Organiser. Why don't you put your name forward, then push to have details of any meets in the next issue and see what happens. Its worth a try, remember not many people use this bbs (as you'll notice with the lack of interest).

pity you cant make it derek, never mind therell be lots more hopefully. it was really jason o who is organising it on scoobynet. hes got a skyline, so what chance we got when it takes a person from a different forum to come on and organise our meets ? what is involved in being a regional orginiser? when i was in the performance nova group many years ago the guy who ran it made it out to be a lot of work, what do u think of it ? two articles in true grip derek ya big wordsmith u !! take it easy mate.

well done to jason o for organising this meet, i turned up late due to work commitments unfortunately but a total of 14 cars and 1 bike turned up. 10 scoobs 1 elise and an rx7 were present. there was also a bit of drag strip type action too. big thank you to all that turned up. cheers guys.
