DAMONHILL Posted December 10, 2004 Author Posted December 10, 2004 Car due back mid January but i'm having second thoughts.
graham_walters Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 is there no way you can appeal about having the car repaired? an independent inspection? what category repair will it be classed as afterwards? obviously it wont be classed as a write off, so would you have to declare any damage if you went to sell it, being as it wasnt written off? not an expert on this but surely there must be some way of refusing the repair! good luck with it all
DAMONHILL Posted December 11, 2004 Author Posted December 11, 2004 had argument with insurance Co today, like most policys devaluation is not covered.
