WRC No 1 Posted October 4, 2004 Posted October 4, 2004 a suggestion that was made 2 night was some sort of sponsor sheet and as the people in attendence all ready know i voluntered 2 design the sheets so my self and claire will post a preview sheet as soon as we have the go a head with it. ps. sent phil a message asking 4 permission 2 use the SIDC badge and logo at the top of the sheet 2 make it all above board. (wullie) what i will do if we get the go a head with it i will post a preview of it and the people that want 2 do it post ther names up and will send a copy 2 u so that people dont print it off and abuse it. only thought of it on the way home and other things so hope this is ok and under standing. may be claire wont get us lost next time? THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME I AM NOT GOING IN FRONT AGAIN??????

karps Posted October 4, 2004 Posted October 4, 2004 the more toys we can get for this the better people. I am available on a sunday to meet up for collections ( depending where) or you can pm me for my address to drop them off ( im in bishopbriggs) suggestions for recipiants of presents to make it a cruise are more than welcome. thoughts so far are 1) Yorkhill sick kids hospital 2) eastpark home

billyboy Posted October 5, 2004 Author Posted October 5, 2004 just a thought (dangerous i know) could we organise a collection at the next track day?
karps Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 ok guys and gals, iv been lookin at the other areas arrangements and so that we can have as many people taking part, how about doing the santa cruise on sunday 12th dec ? that way everyone is free to enjoy their own family xmas on the 25th and it gives us a chance to have a big turnout of cars for the kids. i would have said the weekend after that but im going away that weekend, but if more of you prefer it then so be it.
CAZ1562 Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 The 12th Dec is out for me I'm afraid Thats my daughters birthday and we're having a party for her so no can do.
scoobymadburd Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 Just in from work and I checked WRC No1 emails and Phil has given the go ahead for the sponsor sheets WRC No 1 has made up so when he comes in from work tonight we can get things organised and get the sheet out to all you guys and gals who want a copy so we can start getting things moving. Would be a great help if we could have some sort of email address for everyone who wants one so that not just anyone can access the sponsor sheet incase its gets misused, would really appreciate if someone could start a list so we can email you the sheets. I must say Wullie has spent a lot of time on this and the sheets look great so lets get collecting and get the donations and presents rolling in!!!! Claire P.S I think arranging another meet could be a helpful idea to arrange the date and drop off points etc. What do you's all think???
