Brake light

Hi - I'm looking for some advice.....had a ceased calliper at the front drivers side, I took it off and freed the piston, I lost a little bit of break fluid doing this. I put everything back together and took it for a drive and now the handbrake light is on constantly. I've topped up the brake fluid does anyone know of a way of resetting the ECU or do wouldn l need to put it on a diagnostic machine? Cheers Steven
