amccan10 Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 Hi Guys. I'm looking to get my wheels refurbed but want them powder coated, not wet sprayed. Does anyone have any recommendations for places in Glasgow / Lanarkshire area? Dropped into powdertec yesterday and they were wanting £75 per wheel, which I thought was quite expensive and they only wet spray the wheels as they can't get a good colour match on gold when powder coating. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Andy

john mac Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 I can recommend The Wheel Specialist in East Kilbride, he powdercoated the wheels on my sti from silver to black and also done my brothers merc and the finish is first rate , it cost £40 per wheel + vat and thats them doing the tyres and re balancing. They also do a same day service and can also do a painted finish if preferred.
amccan10 Posted July 17, 2011 Author Posted July 17, 2011 Thanks for the help guys! greatly appreciated
