Garage Space syndicate?

Hi All,

I've been looking for a garage for ages to 1) store my van (which is quite tall) and 2) to keep the car out of the streets and possibly to attempt my own work on it.

And came across something interesting.

Gumtree Ad

It says it has space for 6-8 cars to do with whatever you want.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm proposing here, I suppose best case it would be great to find 3-6 trustworthy folk who have been looking for something similar. I would probably pay 100 per month towards use of a space like this (if it was in leith, which I'm still to confirm)

Anyone else?

cld be intresting especialy if working in town or going out on the town parking spaces always ahrd to find and place to tinker on the car when needed

Shame there doesn't appear to be more interest.. I live in a flat and it so painful having to park on the street. Another graze appeared on the car the other day

I suppose most people have their houses and driveways or whatever and can't justify the cost.

These just don't come up very often at all.. in fact I've never seen something like this come up so close to town.

Anyway, not sure if its still available, I'll ring him, if suddenly there's loads of interest and we can go and see it.
