craigdmcd Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 easy full decat ( or sportcat if you prefer) from turbo, walbro fuel pump, uprated plugs, and a new pannel filter and Andy f remap and it will fly and pull so well bud member and not hold the car at high speeds though as in 100mph> as the TMIC starts to struggle and you can cook it, as the air starts to flow over the scoop instead of into it. As much as many people will tell you through experience that the TMIC will struggle to cope with high speeds, I believe Subaru's ultimate proof in the pudding was the BH model GT-B's gaining and holding the World Top Speed record for estate cars at 170mph. I believe that it was set on the salt Lake in America and you should see the size of the TMIC on a BH, and the under bonnet heat 2 turbos generate. Just my Tuppence.
thebigfelly Posted May 25, 2010 Author Posted May 25, 2010 edited for correctness lol cheers for the edit, just did a double take and realised i put seaton , in the words of his yellow eternal greatness "DOH"!!!
