looks like a spotlight upgrade instead of the foglights,newage 17" wheels and is that ap racing calipers peeping out??

thanks hope too get too some meets yeah spotlights and ap brakes got dastek chip and s/s system also has a set of coilovers but the guy didnt know much about it was going too sell it but not too sure after driving it
