Spotted/passed coming down to the centre of the universe that is Carterton, at the traffic lights

I was just coming back from Cotswold's after having the suspension and new pipe work fitted...

Spotted the same chap, or at least a dark blue new age with a big burbly exhaust along the same stretch of road chasing the ice cream man, but the ice cream man made off and turned down our street
