windy1945 Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Hi All is there Anyone in the Dundee area that could assist me fixing one of my rear brake calipers as it's sticking on a bit and not that good with a Spanner cheers greig
sti pretender Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Isn't really that hard, two bolts to remove the caliper, clamp the brake hose (unless it is braided) and unbolt it from the caliper. Remove pistons (can be a bit of a bugger) refurb or buy new pistons, new seal kit then refit. Bleeding kit and a mate to press the pedal. If you do get someone else to do it watch carefully just in case you need to do it in the future.
