Classic Gear Linkage Bushes

Hi does anyone know where i can get gear linkage bushes for my classic?

also looking for a up-pipe with a 3 bolt flange, also for a classic. bought a tublar manifold from a friend but the flange to the up-pipe is 3 bolt. came off a smashed car and the up-pipe was squashed so he binned it.

does anyone know where i can get an up-pipe? will i need a remap after fitting headers and up-pipe? (already binned the cats and have a filter on)
