I looked into doing the rear one on mine, and was told 22mm Whiteline was the one to go for. I was told that putting one on the front would undo any good that the back one did. Just putting the back one on should dial out a lot of the natural understeer. Not sure about the droplinks, but will get them anyway as they are nice and shiny!

I've got Perrin 22mm front & 25mm rear and it does make it a stiff ride  , i think on a classic a 22mm adjustable rear would be the best bet, try the rear one first and see how it feels

Theres no difference between the steel & alloy droplinks as they both do the same job :crying: i've got the steel ones on mine

TSL ARB, Bushes, Stout-Mounts

I would suggest you get a good 4 wheel alignment done before considering ARBs etc. You may find that good settings will be more than adequate for fast road use and your style of driving?

had the prodrive alignment done on mine a while ago, makes a difference. recently fitted alloy drop links all round and a whiteline 22mm adjustable rear arb. biiiiiiiiiig difference :D;);) nice easy job too :crying: firms up the ride a little but nothing unbearable. got arb on middle setting, nice and neutral. when it does slide it all slides together.

they dont do tem for the classics sham as sounded good dont think the whitleine arbs include the heavy duty mounts

Matt

The whiteline bars only come with replacement bushes to fit the standard mounts. The heavy duty mounts are additional.

Only difference with the links is one is alloy (lighter and shiny) and steel (heavier and not quite as shiny) both do the same job. Would suggest to change these as well as the standard items on yours are most likely the plastic items..

I would start with a 22mm adjustable rear bar, links and geometry setup first and see how it feels.

They don't list them for classics but when i got mine it was the same bar for all, i would give them a call and double check

Just for your information. SES are having a Geo Set Up day at Gatwick Subaru this Saturday. Someone pulled out yesterday so there is a slot. The costs are below ;)

The full price list for the day is as follow:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Geo Set Up @ £40.00 + VAT (half hour time slots)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rear Anti Roll Bar And Solid Drop Links (STEEL)

Classic / WRX Cost to supply and fit @ £200.99p (inclusive of VAT)

Newage / STi Cost to supply and fit @ £287.55p (inclusive of VAT)

I have been reliably informed that the ONLY benefit for alloy over steel is purely cosmetic!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dents @ £25.00 per panel

Paint @ £50.00 per corner

Wheel Refurb @ £35.00 - £40.00 per wheel

All of the above ARE negotiable if you are having multiples done of anything. These are the prices for just 1 panel / corner / wheel.

Get your bartering heads on if you have more than one of anything to do.
