Funny Wrrrring Noise From Back Of The Engine/turbo

Just started the car and noticed a little bit of white smoke from the exhaust which I've not seen before, thought possibly turbo on its way out (even though thats blue I think) reversed and then undone the window and started going forward and noticed a long whirring noise.

Got under the car to have a look, nothing unusual, all the oils are fine. When I rev it its making a long drawn out whhhhhhhhrrrrrrrrr & the higher you rev it the longer the noise lasts (about 3-5 secs max) I think its possibly from the turbo, but have never had let go before? Has been working totally fine before this though with zero smoke before.

I would upload a sound file to it, but the work camera is shocking and doesn't have sound built into it and I haven't got a cable lead for my phone either.

Any ideas anyone?
