New Drivers Side Headlight Unit & Front Wing

Hi folks,

While my car was parked in the AECC car park one afternoon, the only car in one row, someone kindly reveresd into it and left no details

Glass on drivers side light smashed and drivers side wing dented. One of my colleagues recons I will need a new wing

T &C want £360 to supply anfd fit the head light alone

Also Direct Line insurance treat this type of incident as "own damage" because no one to claim off, so £700 excess + my £200 voluntary excess if I claim

So can anyone recommend somewhere to get this work done that one cost a fortune?
