ScoobyShep Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 (edited) Hi all as some might know my boost gauge is up the spout, its a dual digital gauge boost on top and temp underneath, well here is my trouble, the temp just doesnt work untill it wants too, so know idea there, and the boost side has a mind of its own as it tells me that it has recorded highest boost at 4.2bar!!!! Me thinks a split hose on that one but have know idea where too look or what to look for any help would be tip top. Edited February 23, 2009 by ScoobyShep

SPA gauge? you will occasionally get random peaks but it never went that high.. not sure why. if you look at the temp sensor.. there is a plug about 4inches from the sensor.. unplug and check the connections are clean and reconnect, disconnect a couple of times to clean connector.. should work then Not that I have had 2 SPA gauges for about 5years or anything Simon
ScoobyShep Posted February 24, 2009 Author Posted February 24, 2009 Yeah it is an SPA gauge, still cant see whats wrong though, pulled the gauge out of the air vent where its fitted, had a look couldnt see anything wrong put it back went for a drive then all of a sudden it said I was running 40.6 bar!!!! @ 7 celcius? think I might look at getting it re-wired unless anyone would care to take a look at it for me will supply all the tea you can drink and all the biscuits you can eat!!!!
