Anyone Do Any Alloy Welding Or Know Where I Can Get Some Done In Around Ashford?

Got my car on the rollers the other day:

I think one of the intercooler pipes is rubbing against a bit of the frame, and has caused a hole in it. I can't see it 100% and can only feel that its worn away as its too tight to get in there. But i've got a feeling if it is a hole there it'd sort out the late spool up.

So as title, can anyone alloy weld as I presume the pipes will be Alloy?
