Pointless Overhead Gantry Sign . . .

Going down the A2 today, approaching the M25 junction, and the overhead gantry warned of "traffic delays J3 - 30". By my reckoning that only left free-flowing traffic from J1-3 (the stretch to the tunnel) and yes, you guessed it , it was stationary up the slip road, across the roundabout and the flyover. Would have been easier to have said "M25 has come to a stop"

My favourite sign is the fog sign when you can barely see it for all the fog - no ****.

And the pothole hotline, but havnt sen that one for a while so probably stopped it. Assuming the monkey that used to man the hotline was sent back to the zoo.

We had that on the Colin McRae gathering convoy, could just about see the road signs saying fog
