Where To Take Your Impreza For Repaires And Electrical Bits Help ?

well got smoke comin from drivers side of engine its the rocker cover gasket where can i take it to be repaired ???how much am i looking at to pay for that ??? also got a turbo timer with instructions written down but im not to clever at doing wires so where can i take this to be installed ??? and how much again ???any info would be great thanks for reading

rocker cover gasket is easy enough, took me about an hour, i found a guide on scooby net. as for the turbo timerim not too sure, the instructions cant be that bad can they?

instructions not that bad i am not very mechnical minded at all
