iainc Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 dinnae panic, we're still processing thesein all the excitement of making them avail for sale we forgot to say to allow 28 days for delivery Grant and I need to securely pack each Print individually and then take batches to the Post Office to post. Their new system needs to scan each barcode and punch in the postcode for each item and takes ages to administer. The packing process has started and the first batch was posted yesterday. We will also update your order status in the shop and send you an email notification that your print has been shipped and to look out for it arriving next day before 1pm. thanks for your patience, we are working on this when we come in after our day jobs, and are spending our nights and weekends to get these out to you. cheers, Imy Mine arrived today Liked the little touch around the bubblewrap... I assume that's by your hand and not Grants (unless he's showing his feminine touch )

granby Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Got mine today wrapped and packed to the hilt with a little blue ribbon in a bow. looks brilliant anyone found a frame for it yet? Haven't found any frames that size, might have to get them made up
iainc Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Someone posted a link to a place online where you could get a frame made up to suit for about £36 I think (may be in the scottish scoobies thread about this). Had planned on taking mine (pus sizes) to a local place though, 'cos I thought it might look better with a mount as well as a frame (ie certain thickness of card around the pic, then frame around that) which would be hard to guesstimate easily... would be easier done at a frame place. Depending on costs, etc I'd probably just get it done there... if they were going to be OTT then I'd make sure I knew the size I wanted and size of mount so I could then order it online IYKWIM
micra_wrc Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 ... Liked the little touch around the bubblewrap... I assume that's by your hand and not Grants (unless he's showing his feminine touch ) PMSL, I think even he said it was special good to know the packaging has held and remained intact through the postal system oh, i've stopped doing the blue ribbon thing, its too much faffing around and it added an extra 4 mins to the wrapping-time.... which adds up when I've got another 400 odd tubes to wrap I reckon the first 50 odd orders got the special touch, that is until I ran out of ribbon lol this was the link that someone posted re picture frames

scooby princess Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Haven't found any frames that size, might have to get them made up Taking it to a specialist framing shop in bath - they will mount and frame it perfectly - high reputation - known for framing limited editions - best way for such a specialist piece
