good evening, ive had a break so i went for a walk around the streets across from the hospital for some fresh air.

not much happening more life back at work, we had no one in so far sweet f a to do every thing is clean the knifes are

sharp gloves ready, not even a gasser going off.

reminded me of the Janitor in Scrubs when he went around the kids ward on roller skates and with a white sheet over him just cos one of the kids spilt a drink

mr gaunty, your spot on sir you dont need to make a noise just stand in the door way or a the end of a bed with a blank look on your face or for great affix put some custard in your mouth and at the right moment let it come out the side of your month.
