Alarm / Immobiliser Question

Looking for some advice / help, I have a V3 sti with a Clifford concept 650 alarm, in the last couple of months I have noticed when I click the unlock button on the key fob it will not always unlock the doors… meaning I will have to use the key on the drivers door to unlock the central locking.

When using the key fob the car always locks no probs, it’s just when trying to unlock through the key fob it won’t always unlock…..

Any thought on what could be causing this???
