prodrive tony Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 Just a tip, when fitting new headers make sure its not touching the wiring loom at front of car!! Lost a headlight and then noticed loom had bonded itself to the headers even with wrapping. Just spent day replacing wires and relocating. Could have been a lot worse Also listen to your misses when she says she can smell burning after explaining its just the WD40 burning off!!
granby Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 It always happen to you tony, as you said though it could of been a lot worse

j3rk Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 Just fitted mine...What a pain of a job! Dont forget if you got those plastic guard things that are located at the underneath of the bumper, they could melt also. Car goes well now. Tony, how much bhp can you gain from these pipes?
