If flags and banners are needed I suggest contacting Iain (Wimpy) I am sure some could be made available but you may have to collect and return them.

MEET AT MAGOR SERVICES FOR 8.15am FOR PROMPT DEPARTURE AT 8.30AM

This should get us in place for 9.00am at the racecourse without any trouble.
