Fault Code P0031

My cell warning light came on the other day and the fault is a P0031,

according to this code my HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1) is fooked

Is this the Front 4 wire o2 sensor,

if so is there a cheaper alternative to subaru's £250 for this sensor

How do i get in contact with him /them,

Also i was informed that it would have to be from subaru,

so do other ones work
